I purchased a Lift efoil from Sergio the shop owner. I knew what I wanted so I did the purchase over the phone. Sergio got me all of the exact pieces I wanted. He was super helpful and great communication by text and phone, he made everything super easy. I picked up the board this past Saturday and Sergio made plans to be there and gave me a 30 minute overview of everything I needed to know. I highly recommend this shop for anything you need!

FLEX, FLEX, FLEX. You are the reason I did business with Adventure Sports. Thank you very much for taking the time to explain a little bit about my Onewheel and availability over the phone. I called three other shops that carry the product I was looking for. Two of the three didn’t answer. One answered and asked me what a Onewheel was (Boca Scooters). Cough.
I then met with flex at adventure sports about an hour after our conversation. Upon entering the parking lot I noticed fresh pavement and paint. Very nice looking facility from the outside looking in. Upon entering Adventure Sports I was greeted by a happy surfer feller that goes by the name Flex. The Facility was fantastic. Skateboards, scooters, surfboards and Kitesurfing just to name a few. They also sell the electric versions of most of those as well. Because of this Knowledgeable guy I bought a one wheel, the matching fender and a tandem ocean kayak. My purchase was just under $3000 and I couldn’t be happier. Thanks again Flex.

Picked up harness and spreader bar for kiteboarding here. Great selection of harnesses. Plenty of great boards here, too. Staff was super helpful and taught me a few tricks for adjusting harnesses.

These guys are horribly slow. I will never order gear from them again. I wish I had read some of the other reviews first. Customer service has no idea what’s going on in the warehouse, so they can’t help you. What a joke

This has been my kite shop for 4 years now; over the course of purchasing 7 kites, 2 bars, 2 harnesses, a twin tip and a foil setup, and spares. I started at Sergio's as a result of recommendations by people who guided me in my earlier kiting days and I remain a customer of the shop as a result of the service and carefully considered purchase advice that I get there without ever having experienced an "up-sell". It matters to me a good bit that on multiple occasions I have encountered Sergio kiting; using the stuff he sells. A mere opinion is not worth much; continuity of the customer relationship is the most compelling indication of customer satisfaction. I have no plans to "shop around" for any product sold at Adventure Sports Fort Lauderdale.

My money was stolen!!! I purchased a wetsuit from the online store and the incorrect item was sent. I returned the item for an exchange and a month later I haven't received the replacement item. I tried multiple times to contact the company to just refund my money but no one has responded. I even called the store and the employee said the escalated the issue but nothing has happened.
Be aware the online order support is horrendous.

This is easily the most pleasurable experience I ever had with a store.

I was having my eye on purchasing a wing foil for a period of time, but was a little bit intimidated because of how confusing it was to know what to buy. I finally just called the store to ask questions, and oh wow, was I more than helped.

Sergio immediately started assuring me that he would help me understand everything that I would need to know about wing foiling before I even told him that I was confused about what to purchase. He instantly gave me a number to call of a experienced wing foiler who was willing to give lessons in the area to further help bridge my knowledge into this sport. This was just the first phone call!

I then went to the physical location and I was just blown away. I spoke with Sergio for almost an hour on everything that I would need to know about getting a wing foil. He explained all the parts, what I should be looking to purchase when first starting out, and then told me about what future purchases might look like when I get more experienced. I felt so much more comfortable when it came to understanding the equipment, and in that moment I was ready to purchase.

I have already been surfing for two years and Sergio took that into account when recommending me the equipment to purchase. He recommended that I buy more of an intermediate set up knowing that I would probably learn this sport very smoothly. He is actually looking out for the customer. He didn't want me to come back two months later and have to purchase a whole other set up. Greedy stores would have just tried to milk as much money from you as possible. This was so far from the case.

And speaking about money. He then collected all the equipment that I would need to purchase and then gave me a MASSIVE discount. I ended up paying $3200, when I was going to be originally ~$4500. Bless this man's soul.

What an outstanding store! I will continue to shop at this store for the rest of my life and recommend it to anyone and everyone.
