Talk about accommodating at this place. I tried to call this location for 2 days and no luck getting ahold of anyone. They had good reason to NOT be there due to the winter storm that rolled through. They were closed because the pipes froze. After some out of the box thinking, I decided to use the contact us option on their website. It was a long shot, I know. 10 minutes later a salesman with the company (I think it was Doug, but not certain) called me back & asked what our driver was delivering and what time could he get there considering the weather conditions. I told him about 1 to 2 hours. This nice salesman said “I think I can get my shop guy, Oscar to unload him.” (even though they were CLOSED) Our awesome driver, Kevin made it there safely after battling iced over roads & white stuff everywhere!! Oscar got him unloaded quickly & sent him on his way. I’d like to thank ALL that made this happen. It was the difference of the driver sitting until Monday. THANK YOU AGAIN!!
