Most horrible customer service in this store!!! The workers are very rude and act like they do not want to be there, I asked for a size of a shoe and the worker rolled his eyes and mumbled something that I couldn’t even hear. When I asked him what he said, he rolled his eyes again and acted annoyed. I told him that if he doesn’t want to work here, then he shouldn’t, but I need help and he should provide customer service. To which he replied, who are you? And acted very rude and disrespectful. I did not want to shop there or buy anything from the store after this encounter with this worker. Then when I was in line for the register to do a return, he called his coworker buddies over and pointed at me and they were laughing. Because I told him that I would report him to the manager. Corporate really needs to review this store!!

Lucas was amazing! We originally came to buy one pair of shoes but left with shoes for my entire family of 5. Lucas was extremely patient with us and the kids. Customer service was impeccable. Thank you Lucas!!! We will be back!

Good luck returning your shoes here! I bought shoes from here and I noticed at home that were uncomfortable so I returned them the NEXT DAY. The manager was so rude with me and he didn’t accept the return. He was like you were wearing the shoes. Which I didn’t, the dust on the bottom was from trying them on in the store. I wonder how he is still employed at the store. People were watching how he was talking with higher tone with me almost yelling at me that the shoes are worn and he won’t accept the return. This is my last purchase at JD sports.

By far the worst service, just because you staff is young doesn’t mean you can ignore customers completely. The I don’t care attitude is completely ridiculous and the management needs to be held accountable. Do better

Great store, perfect location, great staff. JD has been taking over South Florida, this Aventura location will be the #1 selling JD in the state in no time. The store is stocked with a wide variety of sneakers, great one stop shop for all sneaker related needs. I would definitely recommend anyone shopping in Aventura for sneaker or streetwear clothing to check them out. Management has been great since opening day, I hope they keep up the great work. Raffle system needs to be more transparent. Shoes that were raffled off ended up being First come, First serve. Customers who entered the raffle weren’t notified of the change. Transparency is key!

Hi guys, i don’t even know where to start… But overall the manager Catt is the best when i tell you she goes above and beyond for customers i mean it. I had an horrible experience at westland they sold me to left shoes march 23 i was so upset because it was a shoe for me to go on vacation. when i was packing my bag i notice they were 2 lefts. I called Westland mall so many times no body answered the phone ever. So may 3rd i decided to call Aventura and that when Catt answered and she was determined to help me get in contact with them so we can get my right pair of shoe for my trip but still no answer from westland. Catt took matters into her own hand and asked me for my email and she looked at my purchase history to get information of the shoe because i wasn’t able to provide it to her. She found the transaction , date, and the amount i spent. Unfortunately they sold out of the shoe so i had no choice but to find a different option. May 14th i came to the mall to return the shoe and thank god Catt was there. She was in the back busy but she stopped what she was doing and came out to help me. We weren’t able to order the shoe no other stores had it. So she convinced me into finding a different shoe for my outfit although my trip was over. She took the time to find me the right size and perfect shoe color. overall catt was the most helpful nicest beautiful person i’ve met. i’ll be back all the time especially for catt. she made a life time customer for JD sports Aventura
