Buyer beware. I tried to purchase through the website and, like many others, got an email stating the shirts were out of stock. I was told to pick a different color, but I needed navy. I requested a refund on November 25, 2024. I was then sent an email stating I needed to make a return and once they received it then I could receive a refund. I DID NOT RECEIVE AN ORDER SINCE IT WAS OUT OF STOCK. I have emailed twice and been told both times that the refund will be processed in 7-10 business days. I have YET TO RECEIVE A REFUND. I just called and was on hold for 10+ minutes with "customer service" only to be told no one was available and to leave a message. This is unacceptable and I would not recommend anyone purchase from here if this is how they conduct business. I just want my money back.

SCAM! Do not buy from them. I placed an order for compression shirts almost two months ago and still haven’t received anything. I contacted customer service to request a refund, but they keep claiming the order is fulfilled and ready to ship, so they can’t issue a refund. However, there’s still no tracking number or any updates on my order.

Worst company I have ever dealt with, the lack of customer service is incredible. Ordered a pair of shoes 2 months ago and they replied it was out of stock even though it appeared it was in stock, I asked them if could choose another style so I don't lose my Shop points and they said yes. I told them several times to send another model and they kept ignoring my messages and when they replied they said my order was been prepared. 2 months have passed and nothing happened. I just requested to cancel and refund my money, won't ever deal with this trashy company and I would gladly leave this same review everywhere I can. I lost $61 dollars on shop points because of this. Would never use Shop again since they are useless as well.

I placed an order online and never received it. They said it was ready to ship and never shipped out not even a tracking number. I call and call and no one ever answers. Most unprofessional order i have dealt with.

Beware: the return policy is highly misleading. They promote "Easy Returns" and a 14-day return policy, however most items aren't actually subject to this policy. Hidden in small print, is that most items are final sale, shipping directly from the manufacturer. You wouldn't know this during the normal purchase process as it's not mentioned in your cart (like most online retailers). When I reached out for a refund request and was denied, I mentioned the misleading policy. Their response: "Sorry about that!". Feels like a scam.

Do not do business with this company! I have been calling them and emailing them for days to get a return label and the phone just rings and no one will answer the emails. I don't even think this is a legitimate business at this point.

They say you have 14 days to return items, but I am guessing the plan is to ignore customers for longer than 2 weeks then say they are not eligible for the return at that point. Total scam.

I ordered a pair of Nike shorts online as they were listed as being in stock. After a week with no shipping email or tracking information I reached out to the Midway Sports. They told me that they are no longer in stock and now I would have to wait about two weeks for them to ship. After two weeks go by, I again reach out to Midway and they said that Nike still has not processed the order and I will continue to have to wait. I ask them to cancel my order and give me a refund. They refused. They told me they did their job fulfilling the order and it was no longer their problem, it was Nike's. After another week I reach back out and again they refuse to cancel the order or give me a refund, however they said that now Nike is saying it will be a few more weeks for them to "process" the order and I need to be patient. Absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever had.
