Schönes Stadion, gute Sicht, gutes Licht, Musikanlage schlecht, Gastro langsam und nervig, Bestuhlung eine Zumutung, Würfel, LED toll, Toilettensituation bei vollem Haus sehr schlecht!

Mein Eishockeyverein seit Jahrzehnten... Daher pauschal fünf Sterne. Aber - objektiv betrachtet auch! Super schönes Stadion, hervorragend modernisiert in den letzten Saisons. Super Eishockey auf der Eisfläche gepaart mit top Entertainment auf der anderen Seite!

Schönes Stadion viel Technik dran essenstechnisch stabil aufgestellt bargeldlose Zahlung möglich, etwas kritisch sehe ich aber den gästeblock neben den heimfans direkt zu haben. Ebenfalls wurde gegen die Ravensburg Towerstars einfach mal der halbe fanblock der Gäste durch die heimfans belegt

Eishockey mit toller Kulisse und tollem Flair.
Leider sehr schade, dass man der Meinung ist, man müsse alles "professionalisieren" und deswegen beispielsweise den Fanverkauf überhalb der Mangfallkurve oder in dem "Häuserl" gegenüber der Kurve eingestellt hat -- die waren Kult! Der merkwürdige Automat ist leider NULL Ersatz dafür! V.a. da es bei den beiden Verkaufsstellen auch mal PINs, Aufnäher etc. gab, die wiederverkauft wurden oder der Kurve zugute kamen. Und wo soll man bitte die gehäkelten Bierhalter jetzt herbekommen SEHR schade! Professionalität ja, aber nicht so!

Die Eishockey-Stimmung ist gut, auch wenn man als Freund der kleinen Gummischeibe nicht auf kulinarischer Entdeckungsreise ist, aber sowohl die Speisen, wie auch das Bezahlsystem drücken die Bewertung merklich nach unten

Immer tolle Stimmung im Eisstadion während dem Spiel.
Allerdings ist das Bulls-Bistro der Negativpunkt der Veranstaltungen.
Der Service extrem langsam und was den meisten Gästen absolut sauer aufstösst sind lauwarmes Bier, lauwarme Softdrinks und das Essen ist leider auch alles andere als warm.
Da stellen sich viele die Frage: Gastroerfahrung, Service und Umgang mit den Gästen?
Eher weniger!!! Da gehört dringend Handlungsbedarf her

Super wie früher nur das Bezahlsystem ist zurückgeblieben. Die Allianz Arena hat aus dem Fehler gelernt und dieses Kartensystem wieder abgeschaft aber hier checkt lebt man hinterm Mond.
