I just brought the powder blue black and white and you can tell those are fakes look at the holes on the front they fit smaller than my usual from foot locker I just called the store and he denied me a refund they selling fake tennis I know what size I wear I get any new release and never had this problem before behind $160 ima put it out there

WOW, this store is fantastic
The sales man truly knew his product. I went in looking for a Air max shoe. But told him
The totally out of the box name ? he knew exactly what I was talking about.
Then I hit him with. I'm not sure of my size. Once again
With my surprise. He handed me a sizer. I gladly paid the $230. And went on my way.
I'm definitely a satisfied

Good to great customer service. Associates were helpful but not pushy. Ready to assist with questions and locating sizes. Manager was very nice and staff greeted each customer entering and leaving the store. We ended up purchasing 3 pair of shoes and a shirt based on the experience and the inventory on hand. Would highly recommend.

I will never come here again. Bought a brand new pair of penny's from this store less than two weeks ago for my birthday, and they now are coming unglued on the sides. First off I didn't realize they were glued on not stitched.. Second off why are they 175 dollars if they are going to be ruined as fast as they have. All I did was pack them in the trunk of my car on the way back to Mississippi and the heat caused the glue to become sticky again and mess up the form of the show. Than I tried calling the store and the rude gentleman told me to cal back later he was with a customer.. Am I not a customer? Than when I got upset about it he said this is your first warning... Followed by a second one. Your going to warn me about trying to get a problem fixed with your products and than getting offended when I get upset about him telling me to call back. What terrible representation of the company.

I bought a pair of shoes from them and one of the shoes fit fine in the store, the other shoe was a little tight. I tried them both on at home and realized this so I tried to return them the same day I got the shoes. I didn't want a full refund I just wanted an even exchange in a bigger size. Keep in mind I have only wore the shoes inside my home at this point and never even walked outside. When I got to the store the store owner refused to accept an even exchange or refund even though the shoes had only been worn once and had no damage done to them what so ever. I have heard other people buying shoes from here and finding out later that they are knock-offs please be very weary of buying shoes from here.
